Oh, I'm so glad to hear that it is only a glove in that shoe. I was afraid that it was somebody's actual hand inside that shoe! Maybe from a traffic accident or something. Gave me the cold heebie jeebies every time I drove by "the shoe" - eeek!

It's only a glove. Thank goodness. Now I can relax.

I lost my underwear near Pickett and 236. Anybody seen them? They were pink with little race cars on them.

everytime i see a shoe in the road i remember back to the time the wife and i passed a single large basketball shoe in the middle of the lane on the curve off the 11th street bridge onto southbound 295...we both muttered "that's weird" as we then came upon a lincoln continental on the shoulder about 50 yards further up with a bunch of women standing about 30 feet in front of it...i felt compelled to pull over to see if they needed help.....as i'm walking up to the group i can hear them sreaming and crying and i asked if they were alright or if i could help in any way.....they just pointed to the car and screamed again....so i went over to the car to see what the problem was still not having a clue...(i had noticed and forgot about the single shoe the moment after i saw it)....i walked around the car and still noticed nothing...i looked back at them as they pointed to the ground yelling "under the car" at me...i got down on my knees, looked under the car and sure as shit there was a dude looking straight at me...he was still alive but surely fucked as his arms and legs were wrapped around his body making him resemble a large ball of bloody meat...realizing that soon this scene would be swamped with responders i announced my work is done here and high tailed it out of dodge....got home, turned on the news and shocker, the poor guy didn't make it....single shoes in the road get me worried ever since

Can I please have my shoe?

If it's a red stilleto it is probably mine. I'll take the glove too if no one wants it.
