063/35 SPEEDING

DOES THIS COUNT AS SPEEDING 20MPH???? CAUSE I DIDNT GET A RECKLESS BUT I LOOK AT THE POINT SYSTEMS IS STILL 6 POINTS IS THIS TRUE? OR IS IT ONLY 4 POINTS?

Notice near the bottom (skip the part about manslaughter), there is a section called Other Violations. The very first one covers your violation (63/35 is 28 over, thus it counts as Speeding 20 mph or more above the posted speed limit.

The cop was nice and let you off with a regular speeding ticket instead of a reckless driving charge, pay the ticked and move on. You got lucky.
