-5 is the highest credit point value in VA, you can't be at -7 now.

No you can only take the 5 point reduction every 24 months. You can take the class as many times as you want but you only get the 5 point reduction every 2 years.
If you stop driving like an assfuck you probably wont get any more tickets.
If you get no moving violations for 2 calendar years you will drop to zero points then get a safe driving point every calendar year you go without a moving violation to a maximum of 5 safe driving points.

It might be better for you not to drive. There are things like uber, lyft, taxi, metro access, private limos, etc.

You still don't have it "stright"... you can't be at -6. That means you have six points to the good to apply to bad points later, and the max Virginia lets you have is five.

If you have six bad points your driving record is at +6. If you don't get tickets then after a few years you can earn enough good driving points to be at -5.

Think of it as "steps toward losing my license". If you have six points you have taken six steps toward suspension and other penalties and are at +6.

he is asking if ALL the bad points are erased after two years with no problems - regardless if they are +5 or +67 (forget that +67 is impossible)

The way he worded it he is asking if all his credit points disappear after two years. Hard to help answer questions when all the terminology is wrong. It's like answering poker questions for someone playing with an Uno deck.

One other way to avoid points is to get your lawyer to ask the prosecutor to ask the Judge to suspend your license. If the Judge does this even for one day then the DMV cannot assign you demerit points as it is prohibited under the double jeopardy statute.
Years ago I was looking at a suspended license from demerit points. I asked for a one week suspension from the courts and they offered one month so I took it. I drove very little and when I did drive it was very carefully for that one month and I got away with it.

I got + 5 points then got a 6 which equals negative 1 but I took the class which put me at 0 cause the class can take negative points off but won't give you positive ones then I got caught on hov violation that was a negative 2 so that put me at negative 2 but 6 months later I got a 84 in a 70 which was a negative 6 so that put me at negative 8, I should have waited till I had more negative points before I took the class because I missed out on positive 4 when I had the chance cause you can only take the class every 2 years. Then I got called in and put on 6 months probation and got a 55 in a 45 5 months later and got suspended for 90 days. I hope this clears things up.
