Just imagine what a site like this would look like with all the PG county folks trying to spell, and being all street cred, and shit.

The function of conservatives is not to meet every liberal program or scheme with a denunciation or a destructive counterscheme, but rather to weigh its advantages and defects, supporting the first and challenging the second. A declaration of ideological warfare against liberalism is by its nature profoundly unconservative. It meets perceived radicalism with a counterradicalism of its own.

talk.baltimoresun.com

A forum that's ran by The Baltimore Sun [newspaper]

Mainly about Baltimore and surrouding counties...
It has a good amount of people and discussions are either race baiting or
right wing - left wing name calling...

The regular posters there are funny as hell with the trolling.
Internetz = serious business

Check it out - I get all my local news for Baltimore there rather than the
media outlets (WJZ, WMAR...etc) and the newspaper.

Do they even have a working internet over there? I thought Verizon tried once, but their technicians were shot at by Pre-Schoolers in Power Wheels.

You've never heard of the ghettonet?

You see, you write down a URL on a piece of paper and have a 12 year old kid run down to the street corner, where a drug dealer (the router) then text messages it to his brother (the ISP) in a slightly more affluent part of DC. There, another dealer (router) sends a 12 year old kid to the library to use the public computers with internet access. He writes down anything on the page at that URL or posts the comment you wrote on the slip of paper onto the site. Then the process is reversed to deliver the "packets" back to you.

It's a little slower than the internet, but ghetto folks don't know no better.

Yes, the internet is a system of gerbils. They run the messages and emails back and forth using the sewer system.
