Good luck with it! I've always had trouble sticking to diets myself haha! I tried smoothies for a while but that didn't last:) oh well!!! You can try egg whites, just always look at the nutrition facts. You can do it!!!

Who names their girl "Healthier"?
Nevertheless. It that's what you want to eat, don't forget tuna, and a trip to H-Mart where you can find 20 types of fresh greens.

Homemade smoothie for breakfast - 1 big spoon of peanut butter, 2 scoops of good quality whey protein (I like ON nutrition. get on amazon), 1 big spoon of flax seed oil (for Omega-3), vanilla almond milk (calcium and it tastes gooooood), some ice. blend it up.

Lunch - I usually get a sandwich. Get double meat instead of a larger sandwich. Or sushi. Or chipotle (1/2 the rice 1/2 the beans, double chicken, hot salsa, cheese)

Dinner - some kind of fatty fish (tuna or salmon) or chicken (seared then roasted) or pork (tenderloin or boneless chops). sometimes tacos with lean-ish (90%) beef. Spinach salad (w/ egg, bacon bits, croutons, onions, some kind of vinaigrette dressing or Italian dressing). Maybe rice or potatoes (if I worked out, definitely) and a fresh vegetable either baked (broccoli is really good if you bake it up with olive oil) or sautéed or steamed.

Just don't snack and avoid sugar like it's the goddanm plague. Sugar is the killer to a healthy diet. Just don't eat dessert. Grab some popcorn if you want a snack after dinner.
