looking for discount cigarettes

Anyone have a handle on a place that sells cigarettes at discount prices within driving distance?

Mexico is within driving distance. They probably have the best prices.

A while back, I read about a gas station at an I-95 exit in or near NOVA that sells MILLIONS of dollars worth of cigs in cartons every year. WAY, WAY more than any average gas station.

Supposedly, that's where the cigarette smugglers from Nuh Yawk and Joisey get their cigs. So maybe that place has good prices? Although, with cigs at over $10 a pack up north maybe normal VA prices are fine with the smugglers?
