What's going on with this? I seem to see more and more what look like high school kids, girls, begging at stoplights like the they are FCFD with boots.

From now on I'm going to start posting these beggers pictures so we can identify them.

In fact, belittle these blights. Throw pennies at them.

Nobody should have the right to beg in our street corners.
