When is 1-8xx-455-4325 (ILLEGAL) toll free number expected?

Sorry, if this comes across as racist, but Trump and many other Americans wanting to make the country great again speaks to it. As Martin Luther King said for this day, 'I have a dream'. Below following is mine and others:
A new national toll free number 1-800-455-4325 or 1-855-455-4325 (ILLEGAL) to report illegals, hopefully US Department of Homeland Security will set up this number. If you are going to migrate to this country, follow the rules, respect its customs, treat your neighbors and others right, speak the primary English language or be on the path to learn to do so. So many come from Mexico and Central American (not saying all, some do it right), cross illegally, make their way to Fairfax County and other places, loiter, blast their music so it can be heard a few houses down the street, occupy a house with so many people where it becomes a fire hazard, not to mention the overcrowding the driveway and overflow onto the street issue, stealing from others even if petty, rudely speak Spanish when so many around speak English, not to mention the truly very criminal activity. Except in the most severe cases, Fairfax County police do nothing. (Not saying happening in my neighborhood, definitely not ritzy, but happening in neighborhoods where visit others for a couple hours or more).
I am sure if US DHS sets up the number and once nationally advertised, there will be so many calls, it will melt the phone switch (anecdotally it happened in the 1980's through AT&T with a company selling tickets to a popular rock concert that so many calls came through in the first few minutes). Many jobs will be created rounding up these illegals.
If there is not the political will to do above, get some basic white vans, with no windows or covered up windows except in the driver's compartment, load up the illegals loitering at 7-11s, letting them know of landscaping, outdoor, or the like, go to Great Falls, Potomac, or like places, miles from nearest public transit, drop illegals off in these neighborhoods. When the illegals are on the streets in front of homes of politicians and other decision makers, maybe then something will get done about the problem.
Besides this, pray.
