How come it takes 40 FCPD cops plus a chopper plus 5 VSP cops to chase down a driver?

Fascinating video. I wouldn't want to be a cop...too much stress.

I have no problem with the manpower, the driver put hundreds of lives at risk.

I was surprised (with a chopper following) they couldn't get ahead of her and block with cars but in reality the video was only 7-8 minutes.

Looks like they needed all those cars to keep up as she out maneuvered and lost them.

Lesson learned: If you are being chased by the cops, never, ever make a U turn.

Also, It's tough to run from a helicopter.

Could there be another reason why there were so many cop cars involved???

Does anybody remember a story of a prisoner at Fairfax Hospital under guard by private security guards employed by the US Marshall Service. The prisoner took a gun from one of the guards and somebody fired a few shots in the hospital.

The cops were looking for this guy when this chick was stopped by the cops and she then drove off a couple of blocks from the hospital. The cops did not know if she was involved with the guy or not.

Turned out she was not related. Just some chick PMS'ing at the wrong place on the wrong day.
