Giant clock drawn in gravel

Hi, my neighbors had a giant clock drawn in their driveway a few days ago by an unknown trespasser and they are underestandably freaked out about it. Anyone know what that might mean? The hands pointed to 4 o'clock.

They were probably aiming for 4:20 but were too high and screwed it up. Nothing good ever happens at 4:00.

It stands for 'It's 5 o'clock somewhere', but they didn't take Daylight Savings Time into consideration.

I don't know, with a stick or the edge of a shovel or trowel. Maybe if you expand your circles to gravel driveway owners, you can try for yourself and see how easy it is.
