The Meat recipe ..A cheap pack of beef ..3-4 dollars. These were made with Cab Shoulder Steaks. Throw um in a skillet wit a bit O olive oil, brown um up a bit. Slap um into a pressure cooker with water some red pepper flakes and a beef bouillon cube . Cook um about 25 minutes let um cool and shred um up, keep the broth, throw the shred meat back into the broth..when your ready to eat, heat it up, drain the shredded meat and slap it on the steamed warm tortillas. These are La Banderita.
The Rest of the Fixings. Minced Red or Sweet Spanish Onions, Chopped Tomato's, sliced Radish, lots of chopped Cilantro , sliced Avocado and a splash of Tapatio Hot Sauce..
