Discrimination is tolerable if it's against whites, esp white males.
In the '90s we were taught in fcps to be 'colorblind' but I guess that ship has sailed. It appears that now they are teaching to selectively discriminate against the majority racial group in America.
This shit will be even weirder in 20 years when hispanics are the majority and whites are a minority.
Translation: we're about to loose some government contracts worth millions if we don't hire some quota nigs fast! Please just show up and you get the job! We don't even care if you show up just on payday!
It goes without saying that anyone who can only get a job because of their blackness is going to be totally useless as anything other than a token. Everyone who attends a diversity fair is by definition a loser.

Every other job fair is "by default" a White job fair.
The point of the fairs is to put a face to a name. At a traditional job fair, they see you are non-white, you won't be hired.
That is why they need diversity job fairs - to let minorities know they are wanted in the companies that are hiring and give them a head start into jobs.
Due to nepotism in school environments (and really ALL work environments), white people tend to hire other white people and not hire minorities. They will hire their cousin from kentucky or their old college fraternity brothers before they hire Maria or Song for a job. I know this because I worked in HR before.
Now there is a chance to let minorities of ALL races have a shot at a job. Especially in the more prestigious schools where the population tends to be upwards of 90% white people.
White people are getting mad they have to allow minorities at the table. They already own the table, the room the table is in, and the building the room is in. All minorities want to do is be able to pull up a chair to the discussion, but whites are mad they have to share their space at all.
No capable Indian, Asian, or Hispanic would be caught dead at a diversity fair. We get jobs (or better yet, create businesses) based on our qualifications and ability - not based on our skin color.
Blacks have WAAAAAY overplayed the race and victim card. Time to grow up and take responsibility for your own success or failure!

SOME Blacks play that race card. Those are the ones you see on TV. The liberal media brainwashes you to think ALL blacks are bad, but not all are.
SOME Blacks quietly study, work hard, get their degrees on their OWN, start their own businesses, get jobs on their OWN qualifications. So you are discounting them as well?

Diversity as a primary goal in hiring is absolutely retarded. If anything, diversity leads to discord and chaos, in spite of what some idiot PC-types insist with their blatant lies. I've had a couple of decent Black employees, but the vast majority have been worthless. Since they'll sue at the drop of a hat for the tiniest perceived slight. or when they're inevitably let go for non-performance, I just stopped taking chances on hiring them altogether. White, Asian, Indian, Hispanic - no problem.

I've had the same experience when I've hired black people. I have one working for me now that is gold, but he is rare. I think over a 10 year period I've only had about 3 that were any good. The rest would look for any reason to not work. If I told them their performance was poor they would almost automatically cry discrimination. I had to document each and every offense before I could fire them.
Niggers can work, but it has to be simple stuff and they have to be watched. If they think they can get away with it, they'll just sit on their lazy asses all day long. Picking cotton was perfect for them, but the overseer had to give them a whipping regularly.

Why not just hire people that can actually do their damn job?! I don't care about color, gender, religion or sexual preference. As long as I don't have to make up for their lack of knowledge and respect for their job I don't care who gets hired.
The fair is open to all individuals regardless of race, color, ethnicity, gender, religion, or other status protected by applicable law. The Potomac School and East Ed strictly prohibit all forms of unlawful discrimination, including discrimination in hiring.

You know that 80% of the attendees at any diversity fair are violent felons. Most have stolen something within the past six months, a lot have raped, and perhaps a handful have killed someone. Good luck with that!
Thanks to Affirmative Action, millions of people in America have been forced to work with unqualified tokens who reinforce the stereotype of Blacks as having very low intelligence. Yet another liberal program that, after 40 years, has done nothing but backfire and caused lasting harm to the Black community.

What about Indians (from India), Native Americans, Asians, Hispanics etc?
Or when you think "diverse" you automatically think black? That is racist towards the groups I just mentioned!
Oh wait, or do you count them all as "white" since they "do well" and ignore the black people who are "doing well"- and lump them all in with the "niggers" due to their dark skin.
Whites don't need a hiring fair- because they are automatically the first choice when getting hired (due to nepotism/whites already being in upper-level management choosing their peers).
That is used by WHITE WOMEN to get a leg up on hiring- hire a woman and that is enough diversity for most companies. Of course, a white woman will be chosen- and if that is not good enough they will hire an asian or hispanic woman and hire black women LAST, even with all else being equal (college degrees from the same school, same GPA, etc).
Look at who runs HR in major companies- WHITE WOMEN. They think hiring one token black guy for the mail room and a token Asian or Indian in IT and a Hispanic on the maintenance crew is enough- and point THEM out if accused of racism.
Of course, these are the lowest-paid positions. Any non-white wishing to get into management or even just a regular salaried position on the floor has a tough road to climb to get past the white female gatekeepers of HR.
If diversity is so important, why do pro sports teams in America not represent the demographics of the country as a whole?
It's a fact, given liberal logic, that Whites, Asians, and Hispanics are being discriminated against - and missing out on these lucrative jobs. Time for basketball teams and football teams to stop their hatred and start diversifying!
