the citgo next to mcdonalds, where rt one meets S. Kings highway sells some cheap pieces. On king street, there's a store called "Deli Market" that has a decent selection and good prices.

I think the Raceway in 234 is the only local gas station outside of PG that asks for your zip code at the pump when using a credit card.

Has anyone seen the "little rose vases" that Gas King in Merrifield used to sell? A head shop is one thing to have in the community a CRACKhead shop is something entirely different.

Back in my mispent youth there used to be Truckers Stop next to Coleman Powersports in Falls Church, they would sell anything to anyone of any age and had no reservations about talking about illegal intoxicants. They eventually moved to Arlington and closed. I heard they got busted for selling hash to W and L kids out of the backroom. I went there and the hippie lady was packing everything up and screaming and crying about the little W and L hoodlums that got her busted.

There was also an arcade called Family Amusements in Clarendon in the old Little Saigon neighborhood. They used to sell bongs etc and they even had one of those "prize crane" games where contestents of all ages(!) could drop in a quarter and try to pick up a crummy little one hitter or chamber pipe.

there are not to many head shops in nova. the exxon in annandale off of little river tnpk next to the safeway sells glass and acrylic. i would recommend them just for convience; the price and quality aren't fantastic but it gets the job done. my personal place to shop is 'natural mystics' head shop in fredricksburg. it's located off of prince edward st. in downtown fredricksburg. w/ no traffic it's a 40 min drive southbound 95 from the beltway. i usually make a half-day trip out of it. smoke on the drive down, shop, eat lunch, then drive back.

Hanadco Tobacco in Manassas located on 10374 Festival Ln (just past the McDonald's on 236) has some decent bowls and the like. The Raceway one 236 not far from the 66 ramp has some stuff too, but usually you have to ask.

I have been to every head shop in balmor that's worth going to. ALL of them ask for id to buy now, and several won't even let you walk in without showing it. It's just very unlikely you will get served here.

Not sure why it's an issue anyway... she won't let someone to go for her? Pick a few choices online and then ask the person to find them in-store? If not, she's one immature bitch. It's only a 1-year wait. And oh yeah she apparently wants to be overcharged, as well.

Charlie's Corner
2600 Wade Rd SE, Washington, DC

file.php?2,file=11733,filename=CharliesC

Opposite is Barry Field. You can't miss it.

There's a trail there that leads to a little stand of woods.

In the non-winter months (basically, when it's not snowy or cold as hell), if the
weather's clear, most Saturdays, and sometimes Sundays, from roughly noon to
three you'll find a dude sitting about 10 feet off the side of the trail on a
lightweight portable canvas folding chair.

He'll be turned half facing away from the trail, reading a book, just relaxing,
enjoying the day, taking in the sun.

Don't walk right up to him, just call out from the trail (you don't have to
yell) - "Hey man," or "Excuse me," or whatever. He'll turn around and look at
you, or he might just ignore you if you give off a bad vibe.

But if he turns and looks at you - he'll be wearing dark sunglasses so you can't
see his eyes; he's kind of chunky, fortyish - say "I was supposed to meet
somebody, a guy with a red jacket, have you seen him?" And if the dude says "No,"
and turns away, that means he got a bad vibe from you.

And then you can just forget about it and leave.

But if he engages you in conversation - "I think I might have seen someone
passing through here about half-an-hour ago," or something like that - it doesn't
matter, he might say anything - that's a signal you can approach him.

And just be cool, and say (- you don't have to memorize the exact words) - "Yeah,
I got $40 for this dude. He said he was going to meet me here." And understand
the guy is still checking you out while you're talking to him.

And the dollar amount - make it in increments of $40, up to $200 max. If he
says, "I can't help you man" or whatever, something like that, he's giving you
the thumbs down. He doesn't trust you. You can just turn around and leave at that
point.

But if he engages you in conversation, then just walk up to him, reach into your
pocket and hold out the cash in front of you, and say something like, "Dude said
he had some prime bud he was going to sell me. Now I'm fucked if he doesn't show
up." Not like it's a major drama, but like you're feeling slightly rueful or
amused or whatever. (Again, you don't need to memorize this like it's a script,
just have the gist of it down.)

Needless to say, the dude is evaluating you the whole time, and coming to a
decision. If he decides things are cool, he'll say, "Well, maybe I can help you
out."

And that's a signal to hand him the money. He wouldn't ask for it, or reach
for it. Just hand it to him, casual like. And then he'll tuck it in his pocket,
get up from the chair and wander about 30 yards away to where his stash is. It'll
be hidden behind something where you can't see him - a stand of tall bushes, or
trees.

And then he'll wander back, and walk *past* you about 10 yards up the trail. And
he'll stop, with his back to you, and sort of look around, like he's admiring the
scenery. And while he's doing this, he'll casually drop a little bundle from his
right hand, on the beaten down part of the trail, not in the weeds.

Keep an eye out for that move.

Then he'll come back and sit down again. And he'll say something like, "Good
luck, man. Sorry you missed your friend."

And that's a signal to leave.

Head on back down the trail, picking up the baggie on the way.

Just slip it in your pocket, and head on home to get blazed.

I've done this half-a-dozen times in the past two years.

Three times he was there, three times he wasn't.

It's excellent bud - appears to be hydroponic shit that he grows himself. I don't
know the exact strain, but it feels like "up" rather than "down" weed.

Anyway, you can give that a shot.

There is a tobacco shop in Springfiled that sells glass and hookas. It's in the same shopping center as Fishers Hardware and Kate's Irish Pub, across the street from Mike's American Grill. They don't have the largest selection but they are close and the owner will negotiate on the price. My friend ended up getting a three foot hand blown bong for $160 when the original price on it was $190, the owner also threw in an extra slide for free.

The place called "convience store" only sells hookahs and shit to go with them. Range from $30 to $90. But no pieces or anything close. Dukes has good papers, but there's another tobacco shop over in Springfield that actually sells pieces. I was there about a week ago. They also have grinders. Great for those who don't want to go to "the real deal" headshop.

Anyone know where in NOVA they sell cheap bubblers or bongs?

Thanks

Google "Head Shop Terminology" and look at results like the following:

http://forum.grasscity.com/apprentice-tokers/353683-head-shops-things-not-say-ask.html

before going anywhere.

If some of the shit that gets said on this forum was spoken in a shop you would be out on your ass.

Really puts owners in a tight spot so be considerate.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but Hanadco Tobacco off of Sudley Rd. in Manassas has a decent selection of glass bowls, on full display, along with scales and other random paraphernalia. Every now and then they will have bubblers and bongs so check often. They'll be behind the counter, but usually not hidden. Feel free to ask if he has anything bigger; he's a real nice guy.

It's near the Global Food and K-Mart if anyone is wondering.

Hanadco Tobacco off of Sudley Rd. in Manassas is the onLy place ive found selling this stuff. I kno this stuff has been around since like 96ish but its starting to get big with the probation kids and active military. Hanadco has k2 and k3, which suck imo, and had spice99 last time i went, which is better. Just depends on what he orders... And somebrands are way better then others...lIKE K2 AND K3 ARENT EVEN GREEN...ITS LIKE SOMEONE PICKED A HANDFUL OF CRAP GROWING IN A FIELD ITS A CHORE TO BURN IT, While Spice99, smells, tastes, and looks grat, buring it is a real pleasure. Recently I went on vacation in FL and had some killer brand, from orlando to daytona, available everywhere. Serenity Now! is my favorite, and i found a store selling Hush, which is "compressed herbal inscence" ie spice hash :)

Anyone know where else you can get spicey in nova?

I can hook up anyone in Nova for $15 a gram. I can also sell as much as an ounce for $280. E-mail for my cell#. D.C is way too expensive and Hanadco sells it 20 a g. Best deal around. I can meet up around Foxmill, Oakton, Franklin Farms, Chantilly, Reston, to Herndon. scottsimdb@yahoo.com

im glad there is no headshop in fairfax. but if there were, there would always be a cop in the parking lot pulling almost everybody who goes there to shop. It would be funny to stand back and just watch the pigs watch the head shops customers. def would recommend putting donut shops next to headshops for the cops convenience.

Headshops are great, but I perfer to get mine online at www.wildfireincense.com they have two versions and I have tried both, but the EXTREME is by far my favorite and it doesn't make me sick like some of the other strong versions.

You don't need to do all that driving, just go to wildfireincense.com and they will priority mail it directly to you, but get the EXTREME version if you like it really smooth...

Docs sux, too expensive go to the places (2 of them) right across the street. Sometimes they have the exact piece for $20 to $40 cheaper. Fireflys and something else. I like the one next to fireflies, it's cheaper and the old guy is really cool to talk to!

Have fun in your search!

if you want bud you got to go the right places. the eastern part of farifax county (springfield, franconia, mountvernon, kingstowne, rosehill, alexandria, the city of alexandria, lorton, route 1 area) is more underdeveloped economically and thats where you'll find it in high quantity, and easily. If you want dank, you should go to the richer areas and check them out.

Docs fucking blows. Just saying. I would take my business across the street to Firefly. You can get a glass dildo AND a bong in the same trip.. and haggle for free shit with purchase...can't beat that!

OR Karmic Connections down the road on Broadway is great, I got my first glass there many years ago and it was $17 and extremely sturdy. No glass dildos, BUT they do have a shop cat. And he's real fat .

Jake you says springfield,franconia,mountvernon,kingstowne... I no know what you talk about with head if you mean sex or something illegal, but I no like it. We have strong CERT program and I say it no belong in that place. This is the safest part of the county so no try to come here to get whatever badness you try to spread. Go joins a CERT class and do good for the more people, not ruin lives of others with what ever thing you doing.

There's a shop called Tobacco something, maybe Tobacco Plus in Springfield, located in little Mexico or Beanerville or Kmart Area + Wetbacks.

Anyway, its a 'tobacco' shop and the first five times I went there I felt like a kid in a candy store.

I wish they would let you bring in shit and do test runs, cause I wanted to test out every mother fucker in that store.

Keep it on the DL when you go in though. As they say 'pieces are for smoking tobacco only' and we all want to be law abiding citizens.

Nice selection of shit, if I had my own place free of disgrace I would definately check out the huge roars, the vaporizers, and the gas mask that comes with a bowl.

Ooh rah, my stoner mother fucker friends.
