Sears at Fair Oaks Closing?

Is the Sears at Fair Oaks closing? I haven't been there in years. When I went the other night I could only get in at the bottom level and the place looked like a ransacked KMart in Mexico City with almost no merchandise- just a few rows of closed out appliances.

Fair Oaks Mall has about a 98% occupancy rate and is doing quite well thank you.

What's the latest customer traffic figures Mr know it all? I bet it was dead all summer and fall.

Sears' top management has been winding down the retail operation for years, while arranging for the CEO to get the valuable real estate under the better-located stores. It's hard not to draw conclusions.
