Burke Brownouts

Anybody know why these brownouts have been occurring this past week, and are they connected to the construction going on at Burke Lake Road near Shiplett?

Can they cause damage to electronics?

Yes, the illegals working the construction project can cause damage to your electronics, so lock your doors and windows. Interesting term, I hadn't heard of their presence referred to as "brownouts" before, but makes sense.
