Found it. Looks like the little shit did it and agreed to take a plea to avoid a trial. What a little fucker with all his grandstanding about it being BS racial profiling.

i didn't get free milk at school everyday - only on "treat days" was i given money for buying milk in the lunch line

he's not entitled seconds. FARM rules entitle him to ONE meal and ONE beverage. I'd bet $50 going back for seconds is exactly what he did. And that's stealing. Clear cut.

I'd bet another $50 that his lawyers got a copy of the video through discovery and SAW that the little fucker did in fact take TWO milks. So, they worked out a 'oh, hes just a troubled young man in need of some therapy' bullshit to not only save him the conviction but to save themselves some face after they initially ran to the media saying he was a victim of racism.

Otherwise, who the fuck takes a plea for something the didn't do? No one.

Yea I knew a kid like that named Duane in elementary school, always sealing stuff and cutting corners. Its just a mini criminal that will grow into a criminal man.

Duane is now an inmate. Chances are so is kid.
