McDonalds at Rt. 50/Patrick Henry Dr.

I was asked the other day what, if anything, was the McDonalds at Rt. 50 and Patrick Henry Drive (across from Willston) prior to it being turned into a McDonalds.

I must be going senile, because I am drawing a blank. Was it possibly an office/lobby for a motel that used to be next door (which now has a low rise hotel on the property)? Any help from Sleepy Holla or others would be appreciated.

Hot Shoppes....The motel was the Interstate 95.

1979 into early 80? It was some sort of Club. Someone I knew from JEB Stuart HS was a DJ there. Can't remember the name of the place.
