Fairfax County Police Cadets

Has anyone ever been a cadet for Fairfax County? How is it? I've been thinking about applying for it.

I'm sure this thread will just be full of posts bashing the police.

I'd say your best bet is to directly ask someone who has gone through it.
Any cop should be able to tell you.

I was reading some of the threads on officer.com

It's funny how they sound similar to FXFU, Lots of complaining, whining, and shit talking.

Just replace the repeat questions on tint and dui lawyers, with repeat questions on glocks, who's hiring , and divorce lawyers.

I wonder if they have their own Lolcat and resident crazy people,

Most "general discussion" forums, even for particular fields of work, tend to be exactly like FFU. It's the nature of a semi-anonymous forum.

Even on forums that discuss things like PHP, or Linux Administration, it can sometimes descend into angry tirades and tit for tats. And trolls exist on every forum that is open to the public.

My father was killed when a pallet full of rolls of window tint fell on him in the warehouse. I want to avenge his death.

If you are unable to figure this out on your own, with a computer right in front of you, then just forget about it. You will obviously not be able to pass any of the mental tests they give you
