Knuckleheads in FXCO Mgt. would not pay Fire Captains O.T cause they say their supervisors.. yes they are, and as the story states when the Fire trucks go out on a call the Captains are with em working the fires and emergencies.

So Mother Fairfax will pay 7.85 mil with 1.4 mil for the Fire Capts lawyers. 172 of um sued together and they will each get a back pay check for bout $37500 The suit covers a period from back in 2011.

Nice six figure incomes, lots of exercise while at work, plenty of females to bang on the job from what I gathered..and so on

You sound a lil butthurt that they wouldn't hire you.

Fairfax BOS must just pick up the phone and call the lawyers before considering the cost. That is very irresponsible. Anyone with any sense or years-of-age, could calculate an approximate amount of cost for litigation. Such negligent irresponsible business! Thanks for posting DAJAX. I like to know how disgusted with the County I need to be.
