TER is not supporting anything illegal...it is simply a message board for hobbyists and providers. As an occasional user I think that it creates a greater degree of transparency which is a good thing in any market.

TER has providers at all price points...personally, I would never consider a provider charging $400+ per hour, nor would I consider one charging less than $200 per hour. The reviews, especially with the lower cost providers, tend to be a pretty good representation of what you are going to get.

Cops allow it to continue because they get as much information as the johns. I have never seen a review where someone says this or that provider is a police trap. So, I would guess they exert some control what is published.
