ASHBURN, VA — Multiple law enforcement officers were allegedly assaulted by a Sterling woman who was resisting arrest after pepper spraying the manager at Bar Louie in One Loudoun on Oct. 20, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies say LCSO responded at 1:30 a.m. to Bar Louie in reference to the woman who first pepper sprayed the manager of the business and then threw her glass.
LCSO made contact with the woman who became evasive and did not comply with lawful commands. She resisted arrest while assaulting multiple deputies prior to being secured in a cruiser, police said.
The woman was identified as Myeesha S. Hamilton, 22, of Sterling.
Hamilton was charged with four counts of felonious assault on law enforcement, one count of malicious injury by substance, one count of malicious release of a gas substance, disorderly conduct, obstruction of justice/resisting arrest, and simple assault.
Hamilton is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond, according to the LCSO.
