Where are some of the best spots to watch various teams?

Penn state?
Ohio State?
USC?

No one wants to watch usc or ohio state around here so you may be out of luck but penn state usually pulls a decent crowd but specific penn state bars? i have no idea. virginia tech is on at almost every bar around though

Carpool in Ballston. It's where the DC chapter of the PSU alumni association hangs out for games. It's the place to go in NoVA for Penn State games, tons of fans show up.

Considering that most USC games are shown late here, I would suggest you show up to any good sports bar when the game is on. Odds are you will find USC fans there.

I guess I dont mind bringing this for cheap beer but I still dont understand the promotion. Why not have me wear a hokie shirt?
