I am a 58 year old woman, disabled due to Fibromyalgia. I was also battling breast cancer at the time. I am a 35 year resident of Fairfax county. I have no criminal record what so ever. I had a 30 year career with the Department of the Navy and military/government contractors. My last position before leaving the work force was Classified Document Specialist, Missile Defense Agency, where I held a TS SCI clearance.

A woman I had hired from Craigslst, Terri L. Twyman was abusing me financially, emotionally and psycologically.


When I called the police, she told them I was mentally unstable and she was contracted to take care of me. IT WAS A LIE and the police believed her. When the police talked to me. They told me that since she she had been sleeping on my couch, that I had to give her 30 day notice to move.


Now there is a cover up with the police, CSB and Dr. Tim Hsu INova psychiatrist.

CSB. Dr.Ari Silber, Nora Roney, Dr. Costanza and Lara Weaver an honest and good person. I believe she was forced to be part of the cover up. More names to follow

Detective Phil Edwards and his supervisor LT phieffer refused to do a criminal investigation.

Since this woman did a total cyber identity and medical records theft on me, she also told a police officer, that I gave her permission to use my credit card, which was a lie. her and refused to follow up. Detective Joseph Reina and his supervisor LT Billeb refused to investigate on the credit card fraud and total cyber identity and medical records theft.

The Fairfax county police, Community Services Board and Dr. Tim Hsu all failed to protect me. They were supposed to be there to help a 58 year old single independent disabled victim. Instead they failed me

I want the residents of Fairfax County to be aware of this. I pray, this does not happen to anyone senior disabled person in Fairfax County

The police do as little work as possible. They are more interested in revenue collecting via traffic tickets and pot arrests.

The Fairfax County Adult protective Services failed to protect me back on 1/22/2016. They were supposed send the police with a 72 hour, protective order for me. Instead I was put in handcuffs by Officer H. Williams and officer P. Ronan and took me to the Community Services Board against my wishes.

I suspected the police called protective services and told them to stand down.

Corruption, I was then ignored, then it was a big cover up. Now they are trying to silence me.

Code of silence across the board in Fairfax county. police, community services board, medical and mental health doctors. When I tried to seek assistance with Fairfax County attorneys. Again code of silence with attorneys.

How can the people involved sleep at night, knowing my life was destroyed.

I want to single out Detective Phil Edwards, his Supervisor, LT Pheiffer. All to protect ignorant police Officers. If something happens to me, they will have blood on their hands! As will all the others involved v

She arrived and conned her way into my home under the guise of a pastor.

When the residents of Fairfax County, especially the Seniors, baby boomers, disabled, elderly hear about this, they will be outraged!!!!

it's true there are many laws about not simply kicking someone on the street

with the "occupy america" movement (illegal overflow) it's somewhat a game of musical chairs finding another spot - sometimes not a safe game

HOWEVER ... the "police or county" cannot simply snidely snub you off. the fact of whether the person had *any* kind of residency (couch) is not to be assumed by them, and must be verified if they give any mandamus (an order you are to let her in and give her all USA legal rights while there)

you should file a lawsuit against the doctor for predating your health while the county tries to take advantage of the poor health to oust you from your home

you should get a cheap lawyer or relative

it's a typical as pie democrat/communist tactic these days - to do anything whatsover, especially to those they feel are "easy", to gain turf. by turf i do mean land for them to breed and live large on

first off, stop bathing and lock yourself in a room for a couple of months. try a subsistance diet of milk and save your waste in the empty containers which you leave about the room. once you're good and ripe,

next call up the franconia police again and ask to speak to Elvis, they'll know who you mean. he has a magic buffount, like he's some sort of super hero or something.
