My upstairs neighbor is a Grade-A asshole.

Stomps like a goddamn elephant all over the ceiling and doesn't like being told to stop. Today, past 10 pm it's gotten worse. The management has asked him to stop. He hasn't. I talked to the manager of the entire place, and he said he'd give him a noise violation letter and speak to him. That only made him stomp more.

Today, watching the Presidential debates, he decides he can pound around on the ceiling like he's been doing...so I take a broom and knock on the ceiling.

He then stomps so hard my pictures and posters fall off my wall. I literally hate the guy so much. He will stop; the community will stop him...

OR I WILL CALL THE POLICE.

This is the last straw.
