I've seen him from time to time over this past summer. Around GMU and City of Fairfax.

He has some new attachments for his tuba including a LED message/graphics board (Pi or Arduino?) a flame thrower, airplane propeller, and other cool stuff.

Always give him a wave or a beep. I have several stills and video snips from my dash cam with him marching around on my Facebook.

He adds color to the region.
