Any reports of creepy clowns in Fairfax yet? They seem to be popping up all over the country so I expect it here soon given our diversly odd population.


Lurking clown arrested in Kentucky woods near apartments

Kentucky police have arrested a man dressed as a clown lurking in a wooded area amid a wave of clown reports in at least six US states.

Jonathan Martin, 20, was charged with wearing a mask in a public place and disorderly conduct in Middlesboro.

He was found at about 1:00 am EST on Friday in "full clown costume" and mask crouching among trees by an apartment complex, according to police.

Recent reports of clowns trying to lure children into woods have sparked alarm.

Police have warned individuals against dressing up in clown costumes, adding it could lead to criminal charges.

If you were a CCW/CWP/CHP or open carry individual and saw this charging at you from the bushes what would you do?

A few of these "clowns" put down across the country would put a fast stop to this phenomenon.

Same reason your Mom hasn't been arrested for being on the corner every night.

I'm convinced it's some sort of viral marketing bullshit, maybe a few people joined in for the fun of it but I remember reading in the patch about these girls that claimed seeing clowns in the woods or in their backyard or whatever. Police came to investigate and after a solid hour they realized the girls just made the whole thing up. I think probably 90% are just made up stories like this.
