Do prisoners in the state of Virginia have internet access?

A friend is about to go to prison for about two years, will be leaving ADC to go to larger prison TBD somewhere. Do prisoners have limited or any internet access at all. My fiend is a good guy who sold some drugs he shouldn't have, not a rapist or carjacker.

Motherfucker is a drug dealer. Don't make it sound like an innocent mistake or victimless crime. I hope he's ass-raped on day 1 and every day after. The only reason for him to have Internet access is to tell the world about his gaping rectum.

You are sickening...if you friend was simply someone who made a mistake and just happened to sell some drugs he shouldn't have he would been allowed to plead to a lesser offense and been put on probation or maybe a weekend in the ADC. If he's going downstate for dealing drugs your friend is a hard core dealer of some serious drug. But nothing I say will change your mind about him...you are in fact a loser too.

Thanks for the help everybody. And you are right, a guy who sells a couple of pounds of bud is a huge drug dealer. I will start keeping better company for sure.

Legalize all drugs. They are no worse than alcohol. Of course, alcohol was illegal for 13 years, but as the lunacy of Prohibition was realized, alcohol became legal again.

Yet the silly "war on drugs" has raged for almost 100 years with zero effect except to pack the prisons.

Legalize drugs and tax them like booze. With all the hopheads out there the deficit could be eliminated.
