Woman reports naked bicyclist in Va. park


WASHINGTON — A bicyclist in Fairfax County who went for a ride Thursday afternoon remembered to wear a helmet — but apparently left his pants at home.

A 63-year-old woman, who was walking in a park near the 5000 block of Wakefield Chapel Road in Annandale, Virginia, told police she saw a naked man riding his bike in the park at about 3:44 p.m. Thursday, according to the Fairfax County Police Department blotter. The woman said the man, who she described as white and in his 40s with brown hair, had a shirt covering his face and was wearing a helmet.

Police said they investigated the incident.

Did the woman notice his ball sac? If one ball was missing, it could be Lance Armstrong, If both balls were missing, it was probably Obama.
