Trump is a thief, too!

Trump is now winning the trifecta. He is a well known compulsive liar, will do anything to win including cheating and Trump University "consultants" swindled the financially vulnerable into buying a worthless product.

I count 15 security people in this little video.

When Hillary emerged all better later that day I counted none in that video.

What changed?

Look at the guy in the Suburban behind Hillary's Vanbulance. At the end, when they're trying to throw her in, he comes walking out in disgust like he's saying, "shit, i'm going to go have to lend an hand to get that fat ass in there".

Trump is a thief.

There are two good, sound legal reasons to deny Donald Trump the presidency. The first is a series of bankruptcy frauds that he ran out of Atlantic City NJ 1991-92 - 2004 - 2009. The largest of these frauds ended 2004 with some $1.8 billion scammed by his feeders from investors and pension funds.

The second reason is a tax fraud that made a duplicate claim on some $900 million in casino losses. Those casino losses were moved to investors. Trump avoided these liabilities. In the end such double-counting of write-offs is explicitly illegal. There is nothing Fake News about this. Public documents in New Jersey verify the debts and cash flows.

Easy-peasy to trace from the period's NJ Casino Control Commission reports. It's called compliance analysis. The bankruptcy papers are at Camden NJ's U.S. Bankruptcy Court. 100% public document. Occupy NYC ground it all out in the three weeks starting October 1st 2016.

Why didn't IRS catch Trump? Because IRS audits only look back 6 years. Current year plus six. In 2004 when the legal status of these debts changed permanently no one looked at Trump's 1995 personal tax return.

"Smart."

For professionals these are well understood calculations. Routine M&A/compliance work. Pros look all the way back because tax fraud schemes like this have no federal statute of limitations. A whistleblower could always kick off a R.I.C.O. investigation and force matters.

Fact is that during Trump's 2004 bankruptcy fraud the first $900 million of casino operating losses was paid with borrowed money. Eventually that fraud-based borrowing got to $1.8 billion. (No effort to repay capital, repeated skimming.) But the first $900 million is important for tax fraud because while the lenders got a legitimate write-off for it out of the 2004 bankruptcy, this SOB crook Trump had taken his own personal tax write-off for the very same casino debts in 1995. That's a felony.

Felons should not be president.

Trump never repaid a dime of what he owed IRS and the states. He kept on using that $900 million write-off to avoid all income taxes. Trump is a crook. And still Comey's FBI and its Management Track personnel protect Trump from background checks. IRS ignores the whole kerfuffle. FBI, IRS, and SEC ignored Bernie Madoff from 2000 thru 2008.

Two Americas, indeed.

In New York this immunity of the rich extends beyond Donald Trump. It also extends to DUI manslaughter. A Wall Street CEO named George Anderson got drunk at a Rangers hockey game back in January, 2008. Then he got in his Mercedes and drove up Water Street at 60 m.p.h. As he took a bend in the road, he hit a woman who was trying to hail a cab and kept going. That was Florence Cioffi. But Anderson was a CEO, so he did 16 days in Rikers prison and paid a $350 fine. (Minimum sentence for normal folk is a year in state prison.)

One can imagine that for Trump, the Court would give him a medal. This election cycle Trump has been rewarded for his money, while only Occupy takes the trouble to trace his wealth to its roots. These bankruptcy frauds brought in more than $3 billion. The $900+ million tax fraud allowed Trump to avoid state and federal income taxes. Anybody would be rich with that.

Trump's Madoff Pass and the Climate War impacts
Posted by: Occupy Security ()

MADOFF PASS

Like Bernie Madoff 2000-2008, George Anderson 2008-2009 (for DUI manslaughter.) Like Mnuchin 2005-2009. There is no investigation of the tax frauds perpetrated by Donald Trump 2004-2013 and bragged about on video 2015-2016.

Trump's 2004 bankruptcy is critical. Connected with Wall Street gives the Madoff Pass.

Investigation by IRS would be trivial. Look at the top pages from the 2003, 2004, 2005 federal tax returns. Trump continues -- based on his well recorded words -- to deduct a carry loss AFTER his 2004 bankruptcy erased those debts. There is no statute of limitations on federal tax fraud.

Looking at Trump's returns at the states works too. New Jersey, New York, Connecticut. Any of them. These are multimillion dollar frauds.

Trump declared a $900.000.000 mirror loss from his casino operations 1991-95 in 1995. Then in 2004 his Trump Hotel and Casino Resorts bankruptcy erased the looan and bond debts that had actually paid those bills. That THCR bankruptcy also erased another $900,000,000 in additions debt that had been run up 1996-2004.

Under law, it is tax fraud to deduct a loss and get it erased in a bankruptcy without making correction. Trump does that and based on Trump's repeated bragging, he continued to use that carry loss for his FY2004 tax returns and afterward at least through FY2013. Federal and state tax returns, equally.

That is, one must note, this would be a common tax fraud and prosecuted routinely except that this perp has a Madoff Pass. A tie to Wall Street that prevents any and all meaningful application of the criminal law.

Be it a Ponzi scheme, DUI manslaughter, mortgage fraud, bankruptcy fraud, or tax fraud this wonder, the Madoff Pass, provides a free walk. And now with both Republican and Democratic Party cooperation the free walk includes a walk all the way to the Oval Office.

CLIMATE WAR

Integrity? what is that? This fraudster, Trump, is also set up to help wage Climate War on the United States and its allies.

He screeches out denial slogans, but likely has no idea what the impacts are. Science, zero.

Trump's election is the strongest step so far helping Russia reach its goal for a 500 ppm atmospheric CO2 level. That warms its frozen interior by 10 degrees Fahrenheit -- a huge win for Russia turning permafrost to farm land and a debacle for everybody else.

Have no cowardice here and do your own review of the sources. Russia's FSB carried out the "Climategate" electronic burglary of emails. That was the same spymaster operation that infiltrated Democratic National Committee, stole more emails, and along with America's authoritarians put Trump over the top to take the presidency in the 2016 federal election. FSB has been caught carrying out similar attacks on other western climate groups and politicians who support the Paris Accords.

We are at war. Climate War. Tragically some of Our own people are helping Russia to terraform the Earth to a warmer planet. Our own greed as a society provides them every convenience. Russia looks to be Last Man Standing at 500 ppm and above -- indeed better off economically. Compared to this Climate War, the WW I and WW II death counts were lesser threats to humanity.

Our troubles raise many questions.

Prosecute Wall Street's perps ????? Who is going to do that? Punish Climate War traitors? Control the flow of Russian cash and limit spy operations? Again, who is going to do that? We are at war.

[In equilibrium at 500 ppm CO2 the ocean rises 40 feet. And that might be an optimistic assessment. Everything out of climate science so far has been optimistic. Trading nations lose every port. For Russia that is St. Petersburg, Minsk, and Vladivostok. For everyone else this means massive destruction for coastlines and 80 of the 100 greatest cities worldwide get wrecked. For nations near the equator, in NYese, fergeddaboudit.]

Felons should not be President.

FYI, if you voted for Hillary, or believe Hillary should be President, you should not be allowed to vote. Your mindless drubbing of complete BS were questionable, however not illegal. That's the problem. Everything he did was legal. Blame that on the career politicians who made all the laws, like Bernie and Hillary.

Hillary on the other hand did, completely 100% break the law by setting up her own email server used for official duty. She also sent and received classified information on the same email.

Get over it snow flake. You have him for 4 years.

He is really bad though. A President who is accepting no pay, and taking all profits from foreign visitors to hotels his kids own, and donating it to the Government,
