I know there is a planned parenthood in Falls Church, you pay on a sliding scale....so if you have no insurance they will take a donation (like $10 or something, not sure, haven't been in years but i know they are still there).

If you go to the DMV location in southeast DC they will take $5 off your visit for doing a HIV test.

you can get it for free at any cvs pharmacy, ive done it at the one on lee hwy
