2016 Max Obama Care Tax 695 For 1 Person Anyone Paying It??

My Tax Refund Is Out $695.00

Rates are Going Up in 2017 and the tax will too.. 2000 + Max Tax for a family with no Obama Care this year in 2016.
At least people have some options here. In several states there's only 1 insurer left and big premium increases.
Are they even enforcing the tax?? Or are they letting it slide..

The penalty is too low. It should be at least the cost of a Bronze level plan for a taxpayer and all of their dependents- none of this $695 individual/$2085 family cap bullshit, and should automatically be withheld from the paycheck of anyone who can't prove they have the required insurance, just like income taxes and SSI are.

Just make sure that you are not going to get a refund when filing your income taxes by raising your exemptions. The IRS is not permitted to attach any of your funds or attempt to collect in any way other than by correcting the return and reducing your refund to account for the ACA penalty.

What makes you think that a middle class working family can afford $15,000 a year for health care premiums and have deductibles of $5000 per person before they cover anything? Fuck you and everyone who thinks like you. No wonder they want to disarm the American citizens.

Obamacare is socialized medicine. It was also obviously designed to kill all competition leavening the government plan the only choice available, meaning no choice but the taxpayer funded government healthcare, which is by definition socialised medicine. If you don't understand this, then you are either deliberately obtuse because you want it, or just plain stupid. Either way, same difference.
