RESTON, VA — A pedestrian has been killed in a hit and run crash in Reston.
The incident happened at the intersection of North Shore Drive and Village Road at around 5:15 p.m. on Sunday as the pedestrian was crossing in the road, according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.
Police are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect. The pedestrian, 76-year-old Hung Soon Seo, was transported to Inova Fairfax Hospital where he was pronounced dead at around 11:30 p.m.
Seo was not in a crosswalk at the time. Police believe Seo was struck by a newer model black Nissan Altima or similar vehicle with tinted windows and silver trim on the front.

The fact that the car doesn't make the turn to RT7 and doesn't come from Lake Anne Plaza means it's somebody local that area of Lake Anne.
North Shore Drive doesn't lead to any place other than apts. Only a local would be using that road and going straight at that stop sign.
