Or just go some place else that doesn't charge for parking.

RESTON, VA — The ParkRTC app will be operational soon, and that means the end of free parking at the six garages in Reston Town Center. Starting Sept. 12, you'll have to pay via your smartphone using the ParkRTC app, or online or by phone.

0-1 Hour $2.00
1-2 Hours $4.00
2-3 Hours $5.00
3-4 Hours $6.00
4-6 Hours $8.00
6-10 Hours $10.00
10-12 Hours $14.00
12-24 Hours $24.00

The RTC Chipotle is going to suffer mightily. I'm serious. The other Chipotle location is a half mile away. Our office crew prefers the RTC location but the parking fee now rules that out. There must be tons of others who will do the same.

edit: I'm assuming there won't be validation.. If there is validation then I don't really have any issue with this.

I will gladly validate my parking if it keeps the freeloaders, theives, commuters and local yokels from using it as their personal covered parking garage.

If I have to park next to some nearby homeowner's gold 73 Plymouth duster with rusty doors, coat hanger antenna and an oil leak I would rather go someplace else.

If anything the paid parking has raised my level of trust for parking and shopping there.

Bug off, freeloader. Get your welfare elsewhere.

Good job RTC Management.

Two dollars an hour is a small to price to pay. Where do these entitled types get off thinking that they have some right to park there for free?

disagree most of the places at RTC are free everywhere else and I am sure they charge the tenants a fortune to rent space there .My hs school niece got a job at the movie theater for 8.00 an hour but turned it down because she would have to pay parking .so they are goiNG to have hard time getting workers which MEANS NOT ONLY CRAPPY SERVICE AND PAYING TO PARK

Employees will not have to pay, moron.

Your pathetic attempt to preserve your welfare parking is obvious.

Park your yugo elsewhere, old man.

It is up to each employer if they will pay for employee parking fee's. The majority of employers are NOT paying for parking of employees.

When have you ever heard of restaurant chains or retail employees being re-imbursed for parking? NEVER

It's very simple deduction $2 off the hourly wage. So $8 an hour becomes $6 an hour.

Saw on WTOP's website that Appalachian Spring is ditching the RTC due to loss of business with the paid parking...

Just last week I was there. I decided that I will not surrender my identity to here fuckers from Boston. I will never patronize Reston town center. Boston property es is a shitbag operation. You will eventually die because you are scum.
