The issue is not that Hillary clinton needs a medical device.

The issue is that she lies about it. Says that she is in perfect health.

It's the pathological Hillary lies that matter. She appears to believe her own lies even when the facts are presented to her.

It's how Hillary can claim to be not responsible for all those who died because of her.
