What the hell is wrong with Michael Basl?

How does he always become so fixated on the most boring, random people to the point where his unprovoked trolling turns criminal?

It's fucking pathetic, Moreno wasn't the only person or family, many others have attempted to take the legal route with some strange, weird looking, lonely, creepy man-lady from the internet who can't take a fucking hint.
