The speed limits in the USA are posted in MILES PER HOUR / MPH

NOT KILOMETERS PER HOUR / km/h

45 km/h = 27MPH which is why everyone is passing you.

It's very scary for them to go from riding a donkey to driving a car.

Sharon Bulova is proposing "donkey only" lanes in certain areas of Fairfax next year. Paid for by the meals tax.

29n leaving Warrenton. Small white 4 door 35 mph. I had to turn on the flashers or be killed. I blew my horn (for safety purposes). They pulled over - like a tractor would on a single-lane road - and let by. What a bunch of goofballs.

Going south earlier that day a student driver with teacher in tow, was putzing along in the left lane at 55 mph backing up a line of cars as he trotted along parallel to the cars in the right lane. Wide open in front. Why are they teaching these kids to be closed gates? errrr
