Since she does Accuweather's Spanish language broadcasts I'm gonna say she is Hispanic.

Every time she says DMV I think division of motor vehicles. Try something else. This acronym is already spoken for.

There's a new girl on now, Shanay Schalker I think is her name. Very classy, didn't say DMV, just Northern VA and Washington DC.

Thank you for continuing to fight this fight. Nothing says you just got here 5 minutes ago like to referring to the region as The DMV. I can't speak for DC and MD but, here in VA? The DMV is the Dept. of Motor Vehicles. The following shout outs are permitted when referring to this area:

1) The DC Area/The DC Region
2) The National Capital Area/The National Capital Region

And for fuck's sakes...Reagan's name may be on DCA airport and Marshall's name may be on BWI but, DCA is called "National Airport" and BWI is called "Baltimore-Washington Airport"...

This area might be a transient area but...we're entitled to our traditions, heritage and history. Don't fucking move in here and try to add anything new to our culture until you have purchased a piece of property and have resided here for 25 years or more. Then you may submit your application to add to the culture here.
