No, I don't recall that, and as a rational person, I don't care either. Like any other operation, FCPS has rules for what can and cannot be claimed as business-related travel expenses. No such regime is 100% accurate, but your ridiculous faggot whiny shit is not worth a pile of donkey dung.

There were some people who must have had a really great time in Napa, CA because they all claimed per diem for the day after the planes brought them home. As in, the plane landed on Saturday, they claimed per diem for Sunday. Others tried to double-dip on meals, which is also not allowed.
They had to pay it back.
This was caught by an ordinary citizen on a random FOIA request, months after the trip. There is probably a lot of that going on.
