Sports Clips, Roosters, Men's Grooming Lounge, etc. are all pretty much the same. I'd say the Men's Grooming Lounge is the best of the lot, if you're into looking at pretty eastern euro babes while paying way too much for a haircut. None of them will really give you anything more than a haircut unless you pay for the service... I think they give massages at MGL.

About 5 years ago when I lived in Fredericksburg I always got my hair cut at Village Square Barber & Hair. I was leaving the mall one day and had time for a haircut, and happened to spot it right across from costco. It's staffed with nothing but cute, petite, giggly Vietnamese 20-somethings who know how a man wants to be treated even if they have to fake it sometimes, lol. When they were first open ~2009 it was a hidden gem. You got a shampoo if you wanted, a haircut, scalp massage, straight razor, hot towel, and about a five minute massage of your upper back, shoulders, neck and chest under the shirt. All for about $14 for the longest time too. I never left them any less than a $20 and it was worth much more than that. The Health Dept caught on around 2011 (probably from a complaint by some cunt wife) and made them post a notice that they weren't licensed to give massages, so it turned into a quick shiatsu thing on your shoulders and neck over the shirt. Even with the change, it was still such a good experience that I still make a Saturday morning trip about once a year from Tysons. I see the secret is getting out because their recent reviews on yelp/google are similar to mine. I'm sure for a $20 tip, she'd be willing to stand a little closer.

I used to go to a shop in Arlington that was all Asian women barbers. They would shampoo your hair first, seat you in the chair, position your hands so that they were on the end of the chair rails, cover you with the cover and proceed to grind their crotch into your hands while they cut your hair.
