What is this building next to the Dulles runway?

its the new shooting range for the MWATA PO PO...

It's the operations/maintenance center for AeroTrain, the driver-less tram system used to transport passengers between the concourses and the main terminal.

It could be connected to the tunnel under the White House. Would make sense to have it near an airport.

It *used* to be the AeroTran maint facility.
Since the construction project some years ago, it's the secret tunnel station.

it's on there, labeled "APM Vehicle Maint. Facility", next to Taxiway Juliet.

APM = Automated People Mover
