Warrant(?) arrest made at Rolling/Morrissette just after 7 PM???

Hey all,
I never post on here very often, only checking on here when something "big" happens in the area. I'm a local college student. On the way to campus, I saw about 3-4 Suburbans quickly surround a vehicle at the intersection of Rolling Road and Morrissette Drive just after 7 PM today. They were all FCPD officers in uniform, some wearing their vests on the outside of their uniforms, but some were also wearing ski masks. Does anyone know any information about this?? A bit worrisome. Arrested was a (what looked like) young hispanic female, mid 20s, with shoulder-length brown hair, black-rimmed eye glasses, and a beige tank top with jeans & flip flops. I think some of the suburbans drove back into the business complex back there on Morrissette Drive, the government building with all the undercover cop cars with bullet proof glass. Not too familiar with it though, (I'm not so sure anyone is) but just wanted to let you all know. If anyone knew any additional information or has questions, please post back!

She forgot to pay her storage fee or her gym membership charge didn't go through on her credit card...or maybe she ran an "orange" light? So many things it could have been you know.
