I had to leave the sanctity of lower Fairfax County today for work. My travels landed me in Baltimore. The closest place for lunch was Lexington Market, epicenter of the B'more riots.

I've spent enough time in SE DC so not much shocks me. LexMar was essentially an open air drug market with a big ass food court of soul food and shitty sandwiches.

For the ultimate cultural experience, visit this place. Truth be told, no one eve looked at me funny or tried anything, but I give off the "don't eff with me" vibe too.

Honestly, I felt safer in Kabul. Glad there was not a 4th Grey court verdict today.

If you are going to be in Baltimore for lunch you have to hit Lenny's Deli.
Grab yourself a Reuben or a fried baloney sandwich.
