In its final months, the Obama administration has set up a strategy to bring inner city living to the suburbs by deploying three federal agencies to dictate to states and local communities how to set up schools, housing and mass transit.
It’s all part of a federal push to reduce economic and racial segregation in favor of diversity.
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) expanded the reach of its Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) rule to two other federal agencies: the Department of Transportation and the Department of Education.
AFFH is a rule established by HUD last year that requires any nationwide locality that receives block grant funding from the agency to rezone neighborhoods based on income and racial prerequisites. It’s based on the 40-year-old Fair Housing Act
- Let me tell you first hand what this looks like.
Had one of Obamas families move in to a beautiful neighborhood here in west Springfield last year.
Amount the manicured lawns and beautiful landscaping, there's the "new neighbors".
Single mom of color with 4 kids, no baby daddy of course.
We know this because of the four cars that arrive once in a while to visit the offspring.
Afterward, the curb is littered with whatever fast food wrappers daddy has treated junior to.
The trash is not so much an issue because it eventually blows into a neighbors yard where it is promptly picked up and put in the trash can.
The weekend comes, and everyone that does not use a lawn service is out doing thier part to make the street look nice...except for the new neighbors. Thier grass is a foot tall since momma don't own a mower, and baby daddy's have no idea how to start one if you gave them one.
The tall grass does hid all the toys and clothing littering the yard anyway, so maybe the tall grass is best to look at anyway.
The kids do receive gifts from the daddy's. Mostly basketballs. They are bounced 2 or 3 at a time for hours on end creating a wonderful echo in the neighborhood. It's amazing how long these kids will bounce a basketball. They sometimes get bikes, but after being left in the tall grassy yard they developed rusty chains and flat tires.
If they find you out trying to cleAn your car or do some gardening, they always will stop by for you to inflate the tires, basketball, or put the chain back on.
After you help them, there's never a word of thanks.
If you leave a second car in the drive, expect them to come in your yard to play, leave scratches on the side of your car from riding their bikes too close and "borrowing" your kids toys while you are gone. A fence is required just to give them a deterrent. The car in the drive is missing 3 of the hubcaps and never gets washed.
Party's are great. The new neighbors hired a DJ. He had music so loud, most of us left the neighborhood until that evening. Nothing like four letter words being pumped at high volume for your grade school children.
Eventually, the curtains are torn, replaced by black trash bags. The gutters are full, the siding faded, the once beautiful shrubs are overgrown.
Yes, life is good for them.

Property values go up and then they go down, thank God. If you know what you are doing you can make others make your mortgage payments for you then sell when it's high and buy when it's low.

In DC, it is illegal to litter but MPD has been told to not enforce it. I regularly see niggers in DC walking down the street eating fast food and simply dropping the wrappers and trash the moment they no longer have a use for it - on the sidewalk, in the street, wherever they happen to be standing or walking at the moment.
Drive through NE/SE sometime and look at all the litter everywhere. That's the way the animals live, so why would they be any different when they move out to whiteyville.

Don't forget the visitors from the old neighborhood. They roll in at 2,3 am with thundering suds and windows down (cause the a/c is broken). That's a good thing because all of us turn on lights in the house and let them know we're watching.
It also seems these people have tons of friends. All the overnight guests ( trying to escape the gunfire in DC) need a place to park. I mean, the two spots in the drive and the 3 in front of the house, just ain't enough.

Of course, to implement socialism you need more failure. As the middle class gets downgraded to the lower class the power shifts to the government as the perception shifts to them as the working classes only hope. This area is the blueprint for things to come nationwide. If you are not rich, you are poor. Equality is a bunch of bullshit and is the hallmark of a doomed socity. Yes, we need losers and those who lose fail on their own merits. Without that we all fail. Trying to disrupt natural selection is a recipe for disaster. It gets worse - Obama 's HUD is going to hire "facilitators" to find rentals for low income urban minorities who will force property managers to offer rentals to government subsidizes renters - who no doubt will stop paying their rent portion and will even rent out rooms in the houses they rent . These renters will over use and destroy your property and the federal government will sue you if you don't take their offers. And of course local residents will be priced out of the rental market. DC wants to see this happened as it will rid the District on non taxpayers and then they can gentrify the neighborhood with stupid white liberal democrats . The Fairfax Government is all in on this plan - they have no concern for the welfare of white residents . Move before Fairfax becomes Detroit .

A couple of years ago we were looking at houses in the sticks. The house across the street from the one that was for sale that we were looking at had tall grass. A black man walked into the middle of the street, looked right at us, and started making comments like: "what, you never seen a black man with a boat?" & "are you too scared to be neighbors with a black guy? & I was hoping another black family was goins to move ins."
He wasn't the deterrent. We didn't like the house. I can see how obnoxious behavior, like we witnessed, would get old really quickly. I grew up in a poor neighborhood. I didn't realize (at the time) that I lived in the ghetto. I had friends that were every color in the crayon box. I didn't see people as color, but as a person. My views haven't changed as I have gotten older. I treat people the way they treat me.
The main difference that I see now compared to when I was younger is that it doesn't matter who your neighbors are. People are so busy (or pretend to be) that they don't even try to talk to their neighbors anymore. They let their preconceived stereotypes get in the way and they prejudge by people's looks.

I just wanted to say thank you for helping out the kids when they ask you for it. The kids don't have responsible parents, and that isn't their fault. I lived in Springwood Condos in Reston in the 80s and 90s. One Liberal rich woman who owned her condo as an investment property rented out to Section-8 tenants.

First of all, they were all obese as shit. These 2 disgusting, fat women (mother and daughter), and the 3 grandchildren, littered every day. No men in the household.
The family below were horrified at the urine coming down from the pitbull chained on the patio by the Section 8 family (our government at work).
When the family finally had to be evicted for numerous reason, the rich Liberal lady came back to find this fine, 2-bedroom condo destroyed. Every appliance was damaged or broken. There were holes in the wall, and cockroaches everywhere. Huge, disgusting stains in the carpet.
That's how these people live, and Democrats want to move them next door to you.
