It takes a special kind of douche to be surprised by Memorial Day backups at the Bay Bridge. Getting in that traffic at all is about as bright as dying in an opening bell Black Friday stampede at WalMart.

The last time I went to OC MD on Memorial Day was 40 years ago and traffic/crowds is the reason why. Oh wait, that was the 4th. Same difference.

I'm not gonna be as harsh, but I never understood why these hordes feel like they have to go somewhere on every holiday knowing full well the traffic is gonna be a nightmare. There are other weekends, and even weekdays to go places.
