Can someone please tell me who the fuck is moving or can afford to move into these expensive azzed, ultra tall high-rises apartment buildings just off the Silver Line in Tysons? There can't be THAT MANY many psychopathic defense contractor CEOs in these parts!

$4200 a month for an apartment!!!

I would rather put that kind of money into a house rather than rent.

Seems like a lot when you spend summers in the south of France anyway.

Crystal stemware versus high-end plastic. Each has its advantages.

What a hideous building. That asymmetrical look isn't cutting edge; it's just ugly. And there's something wrong here. As far as I can tell, those are virtual (computer generated) photos, not real pics. The place was previously listed for rent (at a lower price) and withdrawn - and now it's listed higher. This does not add up.

$4,200 is pricey AF. Yeah, I would use that for a house too. And all this building despite Fairfax being hurt by the sequester. These builders must know something we don't.

LOL, $4200 and you still have neighbors on the other side of the wall from you? Fucking retarded. Go buy a big-boy grownup house instead, n00bs.

I feel you. We live in a corporate rental over here in "New Delhi West" near Dulles and in this unit and the last place we lived a few blocks away, upstairs neighbors let their kids run and jump around until well past 10 p.m. some nights. Sounds like anvils dropping above us.
