Haunted apartments in NoVA?

Are there any haunted apartment buildings in NoVA?
I heard a rumor that one building in the Lyon Village Apartments in Arlington is haunted by a spirit in the crawl space.

I lived in Lyon Village from 1987-1994. That is not a ghost. That is George, a former tenant who is an alcoholic old man who was evicted for nonpayment of rent around 1982 and had nowhere to go, so he occasionally comes back (at least when I lived there) and crawls into the crawl space to spend a drunken night. You can smell when he is there very easily because when you walk past to the laundry room it smells like sweat and stale wine so not sure why people think it is a ghost. Ghosts do not smell like that. He also defecates in there and in hot weather it attracts huge horse type flies so you know when he has been there.

The owner put new locks on the entry doors but somehow he still gets in. He doesn't really bother anyone or make nose, but we all used to worry about him crawling in there and dying. THEN, there might be a ghost!

I can't say for certainty anything about lyon village apts but I knew people who lived in a complex off of Veitch street who say there are two apartments there that are haunted by the spirits of people who committed suicide there in the 90's

I live in a 50 year old bldg in Arlington and have seen not heard of any suggestion of haunting here. Most buildings are really new here too
