The dindus buy them 300,000 miles later from a another local dindu who gets them from the taxi company or junkyard. Usually there are title issues because these cars are salvaged together in order to run again, and some are outright sold illegally. They can be bought for around $1000 at this point, which makes them affordable, and thus popular with the ghetto dindu crowd.

Some with money do, but the majority buy them from a shady dealer who pieces together old taxicabs.

I remember back in the day the brothers drove Cadillac Fleetwood, and Coupe de Ville that were about 15 years old. Buick Electra 225s, Oldsmobile 98s, and the venerable Pontiac Bonneville.

All older models that were "hand me downs" from past white owners. Usually they were the 3nd or 4th owner cars, and "curb feelers" were required.
