Boarding house- multiple asian families (guessing due to the abundance of nice, late model toyotas and it being located in Annandale).
All they have to do is pay a paving company to expand that driveway and it will look better.

Nope - you can only cover up so much of your property with hardscape, or impervious area. 18% is the limit unless you take steps to deal with the runoff in other ways.

Penny Gross has repeatedly assured residents at hearings and meetings that no one from the county will enforce the paving rules. And they have largely stopped enforcing the yard parking violations. The last violation was 2005 - that's about right in terms of when that enforcement stopped.
Because it's racist and is disproportionately targeted against our friends from other countries - and we want them to feel welcome, says Penny Gross.
So...welcome them neighbor! All 30 of them.
