This is a serious question. There is a specific female who has overstayed a student visa and is working here illegally without paying taxes. She was enrolled at some for-profit diploma mill that caters to foreigners, but hasn't attended in a year.

She has obtained money from several males with fake pregnancy scams and other craziness but hasn't been charged with a crime. Is there any way to report her for tax evasion or abusing a student visa?

I would say contact the INS but they don't seem to care anymore. I would kill her and dump her in the Potomac.

She's illegal, no one will miss her.

You can either call 1-866-DHS-2-ICE or send an email using the form at https://www.ice.gov/webform/hsi-tip-form

Alternatively, post her name and as much information as you know about her on Fairfax Underground.

Either way will be equally effective, but the latter allows you to remain anonymous.

Sounds like a job for the local contractor.
