Rumored Chemical Spill in Clifton Right Now

Friend texted me there is some chlorine spill on Henderson. Don't have the details or how he knows yet until I talk to him. Not sure how he knows it's chlorine unless the smell is overwhelming...

Pool chemical truck blew up on Henderson at Maple Branch. Road just reopened about 20 minutes ago.
